the peaches end before virgo does. that's the whole reason this post exists.
virgo season runs until the fall equinox, and it's the last stretch where the late-summer produce is actually good: peaches, figs, grapes, sweet corn, and the first apples, all in the same week at the market. so this is the harvest menu, five things to make for the summer-to-fall switch, with the full recipes, measurements and temperatures included. every one has a scoop of Radiance in it, and not one of them is a smoothie. the scoop goes in the batter, the pot, and the jar.
if you've been meaning to get back in the kitchen, the seasonal switch is the easiest excuse there is.
this year: nine days of virgo season left
virgo season ends at the fall equinox, tuesday, september 22, 2026, at 5:05pm pt. virgo is the harvest sign, the maiden holding a sheaf of wheat, which is why her season lands exactly when the crops come in. fall recipes can wait for october. these two weeks are for what's ripe.
the harvest menu, five ways
each recipe has a situation it's for, because that's how you actually decide what to cook. pick the one that matches your week.
for the morning you want to feel like a weekend

✨ prep system: bake it sunday, slice into six, wrap each. the week is handled.
for the week you keep skipping breakfast
Fig and Honey Yogurt Jars "The Honey Habit" 🫙 figs are in season for about five more minutes. jar them.

Ingredients (makes 5)
- 2½ cups plain greek yogurt

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 fresh figs, quartered

Instructions:
stir the Radiance, honey, and vanilla into the yogurt until smooth, spoon into five jars, and top with figs, pistachios, and a pinch of salt. lid on, fridge up to five days, and add the granola the morning you eat it. the salt is not optional. figs and honey need it.
✨ smart swap: out of figs? late nectarines or halved grapes do the same job this month.
for the night you want soup but it's still 80 degrees
Sweet Corn and Basil Chowder "The Cardigan Bowl" 🌽 the last of the corn and the first cool night. same bowl.

- ¼ cup fresh basil, torn
- lime wedge
Instructions:
soften the onion and garlic in the oil, add the corn, potato, broth, and the cobs, and simmer 15 minutes. pull the cobs, blend half the pot, then stir in the milk with the Radiance whisked in. season, basil and lime on top. the cobs in the pot are the whole trick.
✨ ritual pairing: make it the first night it drops below 70. that's the one you'll remember.
for the afternoon you want dessert but it's 3pm
Grape and Rosemary Chia Pudding "The Grown-Up Snack" 🍇 grapes are peak right now. this is what you do about it.

Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Radiance collagen powder
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup red grapes, halved
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary, leaves only
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
froth the Radiance into the milk, whisk in the chia, honey, and vanilla, and chill 4 hours or overnight. toss the grapes with the oil, rosemary, and salt, roast at 400°F for 12 minutes until they blister, and spoon them warm over two jars of pudding. roasting the grapes is a five-minute upgrade that makes people think you cook.
✨ no-equipment hack: no frother? shake the milk and Radiance in a lidded jar for 20 seconds.
for the first morning that actually feels like fall
Apple Butter Protein Muffins "The Turning Point" 🍎 the bridge recipe. summer's last week, fall's first bite.

Ingredients (makes 12)
- 1¾ cups flour (or 1:1 gluten-free)
- 3 scoops Radiance collagen powder
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup apple butter
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 apple, diced small
Instructions:
whisk the dry ingredients, whisk the wet ones, fold them together with the apple, and fill a lined 12-cup tin to the top. bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, then 350°F for 15 to 17, until the tops dome and crack. the 400-then-350 trick is why bakery muffins have tall tops.
✨ prep system: freeze six the day you bake. a 30-second microwave and october has breakfast.
✨ glow tip: why the scoop goes in the batter
people ask whether collagen survives the oven. hydrolyzed collagen peptides are heat-stable at normal baking temperatures, so a scoop stirred into muffin batter or a pot of soup still counts.* the reason i bake with Radiance instead of only stirring it into a drink is simpler than that, though: a habit you can taste in breakfast is a habit you keep. unflavored means the peaches taste like peaches.

that's one shop and five cooks, and it's the kind of week the new moon ritual was pointing at: one small thing, kept. if you want the rest of the month around it, the september self-care guide has the five dates, and the full moon release ritual is where the 26th goes.
