Refund policy

Returns

I value you as a customer and your satisfaction means so much to me! I'll gladly replace any item damaged during shipping.

Wellness products: Due to the sensitive nature of consumable products, only unopened items sealed in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date. If an item has been opened, you may be eligible for store credit if returned within 30 days.

Gear & accessories: All sales on gear (apparel, drinkware, notebooks, totes, and other branded items) are final, as they're exclusive to Glow Girl Wellness and made to order - unless the item is lost or damaged in transit.

If any order arrives lost or damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll be happy to help with proof of damage or incomplete delivery. 

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


Returns Process

To start a return:

  1. Email hello@glowgirlwellness.com with your order number and reason for your return.
  2. Once I’ve confirmed your return, I’ll email you the return address. Please re-pack the item in its original packaging, with your full name and order number clearly displayed on or in your package. Glow Girl Wellness does not cover return shipping; you'll be responsible for your return shipping costs and for providing a tracking number.
  3. As soon as I receive your return in good condition, I'll email you to confirm it's been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit; I'm unable to switch refunds to a different payment method.
