Returns

I value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to me! While I will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping, due to the sensitive nature of products, only unopened gummies sealed in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund, within 30 days of your delivery date. If gummies have been opened, you may receive store credit if returned within the 30 days. All sales on gear are final, as they are exclusive to Glow Girl Wellness and made to order, unless the items are lost or damaged in transit. If lost or damaged during shipment, contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll be happy to help with proof of damage or incomplete delivery. 

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of the return of a product; customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. 

Returns Process

To start a return:

1. Please contact hello@glowgirlwellness.com with your order number and reason for your return.
2. After I’ve confirmed your desire to return the item, I’ll email you back with the address to send your return to. Please re-pack the item in its original packaging. For faster processing, please be sure to include your full name and order number displayed clearly on or in your package. Please note Glow Girl Wellness does not cover cost of shipping; shipping is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and providing a tracking number.
3. As soon as I receive your return in good condition, I will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or in the form of store credit; I am unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method.
