THE BEFORE
When wellness was a checklist
Glow Girl started the way most good things do: quietly. For years my wellness looked like a checklist. Rules, routines, productivity, one more thing to get right and cross off before bed. It worked on paper, it just didn't feel like me. So I slowed everything down. I traded the checklist for little daily rituals, small on purpose, done with intention instead of on autopilot. Present over perfect. And suddenly, wellness started to feel good.
THE GLIMMER
When the cosmos met self-care
Here's the thing: astrology always intrigued me. But from a distance, it never quite seemed like it was for me. It felt like it lived somewhere dark and mysterious, somewhere very serious, like you needed to speak a whole language just to visit. I wanted the opposite: fun, girlie, colorful, joyful, made for real everyday life. And the more I played with it, the more I realized the zodiac could be exactly that: a practical lens that makes self-care personal. Because honestly, what's more personal than your sign? That was my glimmer: astrology as the lens, wellness as the practice.
THE GLOW UP
From Long Island to Southern California
I was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Life took me to Virginia Beach next, where I met my husband and became a mom of two, and then to Southern California, where Glow Girl was built. All of that living is baked into this brand: wellness that flexes with real seasons, real moves, real schedules. And it's what we do differently, we glow wellness up. The zodiac becomes your calendar, self-care gets matched to your sign and your season, and the whole thing stays colorful, simple, and actually fun. It's also where Radiance began, our very first supplement, with its affirmation printed right on the bottle: my glow is an inside job.
THE GLOW ERA
