I started Glow Girl Wellness because I was tired of wellness that felt like one more thing to get right. The kind that's all rules and pressure and "best self" energy, with none of the feel-good. I wanted something practical, personal, and actually enjoyable - wellness that works with your life, not against it.

So I built it. Glow Girl is where the cosmos meets self-care: a little zodiac, a little ritual, a lot of showing up for yourself. Not woo-woo, not preachy - just feel-good wellness made simple, with a cosmic lens that makes it personal. Because self-care isn't one-size-fits-all.
