In a bowl, first mix:

-3 overripe bananas, mashed

-2 eggs

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-2 tbsp almond milk

-1 tsp vanilla extract

Then add & mix:

-1 1/2 cups oat flour

-1/2 cup almond flour

-1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

-3 tsp baking powder

-pinch of salt

Finally, fold in:

-1 cup raspberries

-1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Transfer batter to a lined loaf pan & top with additional raspberries & chocolate chips, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55-60 minutes, until the top is set & a toothpick comes out clean with a few crumbs clinging to it. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
