Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cups rolled oats

-1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

-2 tbsp maple syrup

-pinch of salt

For the Filling:

-1 cup Greek yogurt

-1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

-1/4 cup collagen powder

-1/4 cup lime juice

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-zest of 1 lime

Optional Toppings:

-whipped cream

-extra lime zest for garnish

Instructions:

Blend oats into a fine flour. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour with melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Press the mixture firmly into an 8x8 pan.
