Made with simple, wholesome ingredients & loaded with healthy fats & fiber to help keep you full & satisfied. Plus, they come together in under 20 minutes & taste like a delicious, warm bowl of apple pie but in convenient grab-&-go cookie form… I make these ones often, & they’re approved by the whole fam! 😋 Makes about 9-12 cookies
In a bowl, first mix:
-2 cups rolled oats
-1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
-1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp salt
Then add:
-2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (or 2 bananas, mashed)
-2/3 cup nut butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup
Finally, fold in:
-1 apple, diced
Scoop the dough on a lined baking sheet & shape them into cookies (the dough will not spread much). Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
