If you’re craving a sweet treat that’s both delicious and easy to make, you’re in for a treat! These cups are the perfect blend of creamy peanut butter, juicy strawberries, and a touch of sweetness. And the best part? They’re super simple to whip up... you only need 5 ingredients to make them! 🙌💕

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup strawberry chia jam (I like to make my own on the stovetop with mashed strawberries + maple syrup + chia seeds)

Instructions:

  1. 🥜 Melt It Down:
    In a bowl, melt together 1 cup nut butter and 1/4 cup coconut oil until smooth and creamy.
  2. 🥣 Mix It Up:
    Stir in 1/4 cup collagen powder and 1 tbsp maple syrup until well combined.
  3. 🧁 Prep Your Molds:
    Line a muffin tin with about 10 cupcake liners. Use half of the peanut butter mixture to fill each liner with about 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter mixture. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. 🍓 Add Strawberry Bliss:
    Once the peanut butter layer is set, top each cup with about 1 tbsp of strawberry chia jam. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
  5. ❄️ Top & Freeze:
    Add the remaining peanut butter mixture on top of the strawberry layer, smoothing it out. Freeze for an additional 15 minutes until fully set.
  6. 💖 Enjoy!
    Remove from liners and enjoy your homemade, no-bake indulgence!
