In a bowl, first mix:

-3 bananas, mashed

-3 eggs

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1 tsp vanilla extract

Then add:

-2 1/2 cups almond flour

-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

-1/4 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder

-1 tsp baking soda

-pinch of salt

Finally, fold in:

-1/2 cup strawberries, diced

-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Pour batter into a lined loaf pan, smoothing the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean with a few crumbs clinging to it. Let cool completely.

For the optional glaze, mix:

-1/2 cup powdered sugar

-1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

-2-3 strawberries, mashed

-gradual tbsps of almond milk until you get the consistency you’d like

Top with optional sprinkles, slice, & enjoy!
