Cause you have to welcome your birthday month with some cake & sprinkles, amirite?! πŸ₯³

Make these delicious bites with me & let's celebrate every day like it’s our birthday! Fun sprinkles 🌈, bites that taste like birthday cake batter πŸ˜‹, & even packed with protein, fiber, & healthy fats! πŸ‘ Makes 12-14 bites.

no-bake birthday cake protein bites

In a bowl, mix:

-1 cup nut butter

-2/3 cup almond flour

-1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

-3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

-2 tbsp maple syrup

-1 tsp vanilla extract

Fold in:

-1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Roll batter into 12-14 balls. (If mixture is too soft to roll, place in the fridge for a few minutes to firm up.)

I opted to drop an optional glaze on top of some of the bites (1/4 cup powdered sugar + slowly mix in 1-2 tbsp almond milk to thin until smooth).

Top each bite with some more sprinkles, & place in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes so the glaze can harden/bites can set. Enjoy!
