Ingredients:

🍯 Wet Ingredients:

-1 ripe banana, mashed

-1 ½ cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

-zest + juice of 1 lemon

-¼ cup nut butter

-¼ cup maple syrup

-1 tsp vanilla extract

🌾 Dry Ingredients:

-2 cups rolled oats

-½ cup collagen powder

-½ tsp baking powder

-½ tsp ground cinnamon

-¼ tsp salt

🍬 Add-ins:

-1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

-¼ cup shredded coconut (optional, for texture)

✨ Optional Topping:

-¾ cup Greek yogurt

-1 tbsp lemon juice

-1-2 tsp powdered sugar (to taste)

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-sliced lemon, strawberries, zest, or coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions:

🥣 1. Prep Your Pan & Oven:
