Red, White & Glow: 5 Summer Recipes for the Fourth, the Games & Everything in Between

Red, White & Glow - 5 Summer Recipes for the Fourth of July, showing a woman wearing a sun hat in a bathing suit sipping on a drink

It's a big week for Team USA. The FIFA World Cup is being hosted right here (with the US team advancing), Wimbledon is in full swing through mid-July, and the fourth of July is Saturday. Between all three, it feels like everyone's cheering for something.

So I pulled together 5 recipes for however you're spending the next couple of weeks: the BBQ, the party table, the couch watch-along, the wednesday-night solo watch, the "let's just eat outside" moment. They're all built around what's freshest right now (peak strawberry season, peak blueberry season, fresh burrata everywhere), and a few of them have a scoop of Radiance Collagen Peptides quietly folded in for the glow-from-within boost.

Red, white, and glow: 5 recipes, 5 kinds of summer moments. Here's the whole menu.

Strawberry Glow Smoothie Bowl

Made for: mornings you actually want to slow down for

Thick, cold, spoonable. The kind of breakfast that makes a random July morning feel like a treat. Bonus: everything in it is peak summer right now.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 (easily doubled)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced into coins before freezing
  • ½ cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
  • 1 scoop Radiance Collagen Peptides
  • Toppings: fresh strawberries, granola, shredded coconut, honey

Instructions:
Blend the frozen strawberries, banana, coconut milk, and Radiance until thick and spoonable. Add the coconut milk gradually - you want it barely blendable, so it holds a spoon shape. Spoon into a bowl and top generously.

Storage: Best made fresh, but you can pre-portion your frozen fruit into single-serve bags for quick morning blending.

Glow-up tip: Eat this in bed on a slow morning. Yes, in bed. The point is to remind yourself that summer mornings can feel like a treat, not a rush.

Sweet & Salty Feta Bites

Made for: the party table (or the couch)

A snack that looks like you tried, but takes 10 minutes. Sweet, tangy, salty, and impossible to walk past without grabbing one. Works for a crowd or just you.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 8-10 as an appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced ½ inch thick and toasted
  • 4 oz feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Fresh thyme or torn mint leaves
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions:
Blend the feta, cream cheese, and olive oil in a food processor until whipped and smooth. Spread generously onto toasted baguette slices, top with a small handful of fresh blueberries, drizzle with honey, and finish with fresh thyme and flaky salt.

Serving suggestion: Pair with a crisp rosé or sparkling water with lemon. This is the appetizer people come back to.

Storage: The whipped feta keeps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Assemble the bites right before serving so the bread stays crisp.

Glow-up tip: Eat one standing at the counter before the rest even reach the table. That first one is for you.

Coconut Glow Chia Pudding

Made for: the make-ahead moment

Creamy, cool, and quietly luxurious. Dessert-adjacent but still good for you. This is the recipe that saves you when the day gets away from you.

Prep time: 5 minutes (plus overnight)
Serves: 2 (easily doubled)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk you love - oat and almond work beautifully too)
  • 1 scoop Radiance Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings: fresh berries, shredded coconut, sliced almonds

Instructions:
Whisk the chia seeds, coconut milk, Radiance, honey, and vanilla together in a jar or bowl until fully combined (make sure the Radiance dissolves and there are no chia clumps). Refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours. Top with fresh berries, coconut, and almonds before eating.

Variations: Swap in blueberries and lemon zest for a bright version. Add a spoonful of nut butter for extra richness. Layer with fruit compote for a parfait.

Storage: Keeps in the fridge for 4 days in a sealed jar. Perfect meal prep for the week.

Glow-up tip: Make it the night before, so morning-you thanks yesterday-you. Tiny loop of kindness.

Golden Hour Burrata Salad

Made for: the "I want to eat outside" mood

No cooking, no oven, no thinking. Torn burrata, ripe strawberries, fresh mint, crushed pistachios, and a drizzle of honey, scattered together like it was easy. Because it was.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2-4 as a side or light meal

Ingredients:

  • 1 ball fresh burrata (about 4 oz)
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves, torn from stems
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios
  • Good extra-virgin olive oil (this recipe deserves the best you have)
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Flaky sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • Toasted baguette or crackers, optional (for serving on the side)

Instructions:
Scatter the torn burrata across a plate or shallow bowl. Add the sliced strawberries and torn mint. Drizzle generously with olive oil, balsamic, and honey. Scatter the crushed pistachios over the top. Finish with flaky salt and fresh cracked pepper. Serve at room temperature.

Variations: Sub in peaches or nectarines when strawberries are past their peak. Add a handful of arugula for more of a salad feel. Swap the pistachios for toasted almonds or hazelnuts if that's what you have.

Serving suggestion: Serve with a chilled glass of white wine, sparkling water, or a crisp rosé. Best eaten within 30 minutes of assembling - the burrata is at its best at room temperature.

Glow-up tip: Drizzle more olive oil than feels normal. That's the difference between a good burrata salad and one you're still thinking about tomorrow.

Ombré Strawberry-Blueberry Lemonade

Made for: the drink that steals the show

Secretly loaded with collagen. All the color, none of the effort. Bright, sweet-tart, and a little showstopping.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh lemonade (store-bought is totally fine)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries, blended and strained through a fine mesh
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, blended and strained through a fine mesh
  • 1 scoop Radiance Collagen Peptides
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • Ice, fresh mint
  • Fresh whole strawberries, blueberries, and lemon slices (for adding after)

Instructions:
Whisk the Radiance into the warm water first (this dissolves it fully and keeps the drink clear). Stir the dissolved collagen into the lemonade. Spoon the blueberry puree into the bottom of a clear glass, add ice, and slowly pour the lemonade over the ice. Finish with a drizzle of strawberry puree and a sprig of mint. Once the ombré settles, add fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a lemon slice to keep it beautiful.

Real talk on the ombré: The layers are a pouring moment - they'll gradually blend into a gorgeous pink lemonade within a few minutes, which is why the fresh fruit garnish matters. The fruit floating in the pink lemonade keeps the drink visually interesting for the whole afternoon, not just the pour.

Variations: Add a shot of vodka or gin for an adult version. Sub in raspberry puree for a deeper red. Use sparkling water instead of ice water for extra fizz.

Storage: Make the fruit purees ahead - they keep in the fridge for 3 days. Assemble the drinks fresh when you're ready to serve.

Glow-up tip: The ombré is the entrance. The fresh fruit floating in the finished pink lemonade is the whole afternoon.

Why These Recipes, Right Now

If you're wondering why these particular five: they're built around what's peaking in July (strawberries, blueberries, fresh herbs, stone fruit isn't far behind), and they're spread across the day so you're covered whatever kind of watching, hosting, or hanging you're doing this month.

They also naturally hit the red-white-blue palette without trying too hard, which makes them perfect for the fourth of July but honestly good all summer. And a few of them are secretly working for you - the Radiance in the smoothie bowl, chia pudding, and lemonade adds a scoop of collagen peptides for a soft glow-from-within boost without changing the taste.

Whether you're making one for a party, five for a full weekend menu, or just picking the one that sounds best, they're built to be flexible. Cook the ones that fit your day.
