This fun, festive glow-up on a classic summer treat layers dark chocolate, whipped berry filling, and graham crackers into the ultimate no-bake dessert. It’s freezer-friendly, collagen-boosted, and just the right mix of nostalgic and nourishing.

Whether you’re celebrating with friends or craving a better-for-you summer snack, these frozen s’mores are an easy, delicious way to savor the season.

📦 Makes: 9 frozen s’mores squares  

⏱️ Prep Time: 15 minutes (plus 4–6 hours freeze time)  

🥶 Chill Time: 4–6 hours or overnight

Ingredients:

🍫 Chocolate Layer:

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1 tsp coconut oil

🍓 Whipped Filling:

- 1½ cups Cool Whip (or coconut whip, or Greek yogurt)

- ¼ cup collagen powder

- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, but especially if using Greek yogurt)

- ¼ cup finely chopped strawberries

- ¼ cup finely chopped blueberries

🍪 Base & Top:

- 9 full graham cracker sheets *(9 squares for base, 9 for top)*

✨ Optional Toppings:

- extra chopped berries

- crushed freeze-dried strawberries

- red/blue sprinkles

- graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

📄 1. Line Your Pan:

Line a 13x9-inch pan with parchment paper. Add 9 graham cracker squares in a single layer.

🍫 2. Make the Chocolate Layer:  

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together (microwave or stovetop), then spread evenly over the graham cracker layer.

🍓 3. Mix the Whipped Filling:  

In a bowl, fold together your whip of choice, collagen powder, and maple syrup (if using). Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and blueberries.

🧁 4. Layer It Up:  

Spread the whipped berry mixture evenly over the chocolate layer.

🎉 5. Add Toppings & Top Crackers:  

Sprinkle on any desired toppings, then place the remaining 9 graham cracker squares on top to form sandwich layers.

🥶 6. Freeze:  

Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight, until fully set.

🔪 7. Slice & Serve:  

Slice into 9 squares. Let sit at room temp for 2–3 minutes before serving.
