Ingredients:
Crust & Crumble Topping:
-1 1/2 cups almond flour
-1 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup collagen powder
-3 tbsp maple syrup
-3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
-1 tsp cinnamon
-pinch of salt
Apple Pie Filling:
-3 apples, peeled & thinly sliced
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-2 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp nutmeg
Caramel Sauce:
-2 tbsp nut butter
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-1/2 tbsp coconut oil
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-pinch of salt
Instructions:
🥣 1. Make the Crust & Topping:
In a bowl, mix together all crust and crumble topping ingredients. Measure out 1/2 cup of the mixture and place it in the fridge to use later for the topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 lined baking pan.
🍎 2. Prepare the Apple Filling:
Toss the sliced apples with the other apple pie filling ingredients and layer it evenly over the crust.
🍪 3. Add the Crumble Topping:
Take the reserved crumble topping from the fridge and sprinkle it over the apple filling.

Bake at 350
