In a large bowl, mix:
-3 bananas, mashed
-3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-2 eggs
-1 tsp vanilla extract
Then add & mix:
-1 1/2 cup oat flour
-1/2 cup collagen powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-3/4 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
